What To Expect
Allow plenty of time to locate the booth in time for your shift. Please be on time. Shifts are four hours long and manned by four people. Be sure to let everyone have frequent breaks during the shift. You will do a lot of standing and a lot of talking. Arrive well before your shift or stay after your shift to enjoy the Auto Show on your own.
Review the Promotions Manual using THIS LINK for more information.
Directions and Parking
The Grand Prix exhibit is in “The Garage” (Kentia Hall) located below the South Exhibit Hall. Take the escalators (or elevators) at the back of the South Lobby.
Take I-405 N and I-110 N to L.A. Live Way in Los Angeles. Take exit 21 from I-110 N onto LA Live Way and turn right on Pico. Stay in the right lane and look for signs to the South Hall Parking just before the tunnel. Be sure to take a picture of your parking ticket and place the ticket in the envelope at the booth so you can get reimbursed.
Or, take the Metro A Line (Blue Line) to the Pico Station. The station is just across the street from the pedestrian entrance to the South Hall.
Exhibit location
If you didn’t receive your Exhibitor wristband at the Governors Meeting you can pick it up at the C300 Office. Call Phyllis on the office phone to see when she will be available. You must have this waistband for free entry. The wristband only works for the day of your shift.
After entering The Garage (Kentia Hall) look for the wide aisle between the Chariots, Inc. and the Black Classics Car Club displays. Follow that aisle to find the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach display just past the Car Club. See the layout below.
