The Committee of 300 held our Christmas Party at the Long Beach Yacht Club on December 30. Members and their guests enjoyed an excellent buffet dinner of chicken, salmon and roast beef along with all of the trimmings. After dinner, President Derek Brown delivered a few remarks and thanked and introduced the Board Members. Grand Prix Association of Long Beach President and CEO Jim Michaelian also delivered some remarks and thanked the Committee. Then Derek and company handed out a couple of tables’ worth of raffle prizes. Larry Bustmante and his band provided the music for dancing and listening.
